Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notification to me, a $25 fee will be added. Message me (606)-260-2268 or on instagram @hairby.jeanna to cancel or let me know you will arrive late!
